As the founder and CEO of Worldvest Properties, Maria specializes in international real estate and property management. In addition to her 10 plus years of experience, she was awarded the prestigious designation of Certified International Property Specialist and is an Accredited Buyer Representative. Her education and professional background prior to real estate was in veterinary medicine and practice management, which led her into the real estate industry after opening several hospitals along the east coast.
Her professional experience includes serving as VP, and MD, of two large real estate and property management firms in the Central Florida area prior to founding Worldvest Properties. Maria works with investors from overseas as well as Americans buying abroad, and offers such services as property management throughout the Central Florida Area. In addition to her management roles, she has been sought out by several national builders as a consultant on some of Orlando’s best-known resort projects. She continues to consult with various builders and developers on international and local projects impacting the resort market in Orlando, Miami, Tampa and the Caribbean.

Maria is invited regularly to speak on the benefits of real estate investing and property management at seminars and conventions in various countries, and has published several articles on the subject at the request of trade journals in the international market.
In addition to her Real Estate Investment Firm, Maria also owns two other business, Maria McKee Photography (www.McKeePhotos.com), and Swing Era Productions (www.OrlandoSwingDance.com), a swing dance specializing in Lindy Hop, Balboa, Charleston, Shag.
When not traveling in her role as an International Broker, Maria can be found enjoying photography, golf, or simply training in agility with her Border Collie.

Eva Firios is a licensed Real Estate Agent & Business Broker specializing in residential, business and commercial markets in Central Florida and the Tampa Bay area. Ms. Firios is a lifelong long resident of Orlando Florida and the St. Petersburg/Tampa area and has extensive knowledge of both real estate markets.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Ms. Firios was the owner of Family and Friends Restaurant in Tampa Florida as well as the owner and sole proprietor of Tiramisu Café in Orlando Florida. She has also owned and operated a toning and tanning salon in Longwood Florida. Prior work experience includes being a general manager of Antonios La Fiamma in Maitland, Florida and Village Bistro in Winter Park, Florida.
Ms. Firios is a past member of the Central Florida Restaurant Association, and current member of holy trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Maitland Florida. When not listing or selling business and real estate, she enjoys traveling, reading, yoga, fitness and especially ballroom dancing since she was an instructor for five years.
Holly Honeck

Holly’s personal experience as a vacation home owner gives her a special insight that her clients benefit from on a daily basis. In addition to her work as an International Real Estate Specialist, she and her husband also own and operate Romancing the Mouse, a specialty accommodation service in Windsor Palms and Windsor Hills designed for the vacationing family that allows mom and dad to reconnect as well as enjoy quality family time together.
Mrs. Honeck is married with three children whom she Home Schools. She has a Masters Degree in Education and holds the rank of Black Belt in Karate. Holly and her family are members and actively involved at First Baptist of Orlando.
