British American Chamber Elects Maria McKee-Gandy to BOD

The British American Chamber of Commerce (BACC) held its Annual General Meeting on May 31st in Orlando where Maria McKee-Gandy was elected to the Board of Directors for a two year term, and appointed to Chair the newly formed Governmental Affairs Committee by the new President Blaine Henry.

The British American Chamber is a networking organization of US / UK individuals and businesses dedicated to helping foster trade, commerce and better understanding between these two countries.

Britain is one of Central Florida’s biggest international trading partners. The UK is the largest overseas investor in the US, and receives more than 40% of the US investment in Europe. The UK and the US, respectively, provide an excellent base for onward business development into Europe and the Americas.  As well as providing practical business benefits and opportunities for members, the BACC is also concerned with promoting a positive transatlantic policy environment to assist them in the efficient and profitable conduction of their business.
